How to use:

1. Twist open the cartridge case to insert the catridge with the side with small hole facing up. Replace every 15 days.

2. Attach the cartridge case to the base of the shower head, and connect the water hose with the bottom of the catridge case to use.

3. After shower, open the cap with the container pointing upwards and gently press down on the plunger to dispense the ampoule. Apply on clean skin and gently massage to aid absorption.
