This toner hydrates the skin deeply, removes excess sebums and smoothens the skin texture.
Infused with 3% of PHA (Gluconolactone) and LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid) to remove dead skin cells and excess oil for a hydrated and smooth complexion.
Features a low pH level that closely matches the skin's natural pH and White Tomato Extract, which contains Phytoene and Phytofluene to balance the water-oil level for healthy skin.
The combination of 4 special ingredients, including Panthenol, Allantoin, Houttuynia Cordata Extract, and Niacinamide to strengthen the moisture barrier for a smooth skin.
