How to use:
1. Clean and dry the area you desired to bleach.
2. Mix #1 Powder Bleach with #2 Cream Activator in the provided sachet using the Spoolie Brush.
3. Apply the mixture onto the desired area and leave it for 3-5 minutes.
4. Gently remove a small amount of the cream to check the color.
5. Wipe off completely with a wet tissue if the desired color is achieved.
6. Use the Spoolie Brush to neatly groom your eyebrows.
