hamamonyo - Mount Fuji Blue Pouch

Established in 1948 in Yokohama, Japan originally as a textile printing factory, hamamonyo has expanded since to offer textile goods that everyone can use to improve their everyday life. It still uses traditional methods like the Yokohama Nassen hand-dyeing technique for its merchandise. Loved for their vibrant colors and patterns, hamamonyo’s award-winning designs blend Japanese artisanal textile craftmanship with contemporary aesthetics. hamamonyo is best known for its line of tenugui, a versatile Japanese-style towel that functions as a hand towel, head-covering piece, fashion accessory and more. Also noteworthy is its range of furoshiki, a square cloth mainly used for wrapping bento boxes. In addition, the brand offers clothes, bags, handkerchiefs and other thoughtfully crafted textile items. YesStyle is an authorized retailer of hamamonyo.
