About brand: Kokuryudo

Kokuryudo was established by Masatoshi Miyazaki, a Japanese doctor who was managing Kurodōdo Hospital in northeast China. He invented the Black Dragon Face Cream in 1907 to treat patients suffering from chapped skin and frostbites. In 1949, the cream was made available nationwide in Japan and began overseas distribution in 1955.
