FAQs About Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum:

• Which Timeless Vitamin C Serum should you choose – 10% or 20%?

If you're dealing with noticeable hyperpigmentation, post-acne marks or sun damage, the Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum might be your skin's new best friend. This higher-strength formula delivers a brighter boost, helping to even out skin tone and reveal visible results a little faster for some users.

If your skin leans on the sensitive side, the 10% Vitamin C Serum is a gentler option. With its lower concentration, it's less likely to cause irritation. It's also perfect if you’re new to Vitamin C – think of it as dipping your toes in before taking the plunge.

The best part? Both Timeless Vitamin C formulas are bolstered by Vitamin E and ferulic acid. These antioxidant sidekicks help keep Vitamin C stable and make it work even harder for your skin.

• How long does Timeless Vitamin C Serum last?

For best results, we recommend using your Timeless Vitamin C Serum within 3 to 6 months of purchase. This is when the formula is at peak freshness and delivering its glow-boosting powers at full blast.

Over time, you might notice the serum taking on a soft yellow tint. No need to panic – that's just the natural oxidization process saying hello. Once it turns orange or brown, though, it's time to part ways. At that point, the serum won’t be as effective anymore.

Here are a few little insider tips: Oxidized doesn't mean expired. While your serum may lose some of its potency, it's not harmful until it actually hits its expiration date (usually about 1 year after the manufacturing date). The manufacturing date is printed on the product (MM/DD/YY) for your reference.

Storing the product in the fridge or a cool, dark place helps keep the Vitamin C Timeless Serum stable for longer.

• Is Timeless Vitamin C supposed to be a watery consistency?

Yes, that's totally normal! The Timeless Skin Care Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum has a light, watery feel and a slightly cloudy look. This light consistency is designed to absorb quickly, so your skin gets all the brightening goodness without a hint of stickiness.
