Cica Care Balancing Toner contains Houttuynia Cordata and Centella Asiatica to soothe and calm skin.
High-concentrated Madecassoside helps regenerate skin cells to make skin look supple, glowy and healthy.
Formulated with Ceramide and Panthenol, this purifying toner helps strengthen the barrier of damaged skin.
Skin irritation test completed.
Free of paraben, mineral oil, artificial fragrance and coloring, and steroids.
How to use:
Wipe a cotton pad soaked with a moderate amount of the toner along the entire face.
Use in the morning and at night.
For extra treatment, soak a cotton pad with toner and place on skin for 10 minutes.
